Homeless Services United’s Executive Director, Catherine Trapani, noted that delays in the City contract approval process have resulted in “incredible hardships for providers”. HSU will continue to work with the City to address challenges in the process to ensure seamless provision of emergency and transitional shelter and services by NYC’s nonprofit sector.
